Setting up offer preferences
When creating or editing a listing, you can enable offers and set a minimum offer amount. The minimum must be at least $1.00 and lower than your listing price.
Managing your offers
Go to Marketplace Admin → Offers to see all incoming offers. Here you can:
- View amounts, buyer messages, and status updates
- Sort and filter offers
- Take action on each pending offer
Responding to offers
For each pending offer, you can:
- Accept: All other pending offers on that listing are automatically declined. The buyer must complete checkout within 24 hours for the special price to apply, otherwise the offer will expire and a new offer would need to be made.
- Decline: Ends the offer and notifies the buyer.
- Counter: Send back a new price for the buyer to consider. They'll have 24 hours to respond.
