Feedback helps build trust between buyers and sellers. After an order is delivered, buyers can leave a review with a one to five star rating and an optional comment about their experience. Feedback appears on your seller profile and listings, and your overall rating is based on the average of all star ratings received in the past 12 months.
When Feedback Can Be Left
Buyers can leave feedback once an order is marked as delivered. Each order receives one opportunity for feedback, even if it includes multiple items.
If an item is never delivered and the order is not canceled, the buyer can leave feedback 10 days after the latest estimated delivery date. This allows buyers to share their experience in cases where a package is lost or significantly delayed.
Feedback can’t be left on canceled orders unless the cancellation was due to a non-delivery issue.
Editing or Removing Feedback
Buyers have one hour after submitting feedback to edit or delete it. After that, it’s locked in.
If a review clearly violates our community guidelines (offensive, threatening, or completely unrelated) the seller can tap Report button and our team will take a look. Feedback reviews removed by staff are permanent and can’t be restored. Sellers can not remove feedback themselves.
How It Affects Sellers
All of your seller feedback adds up to form your public rating, which is an average of all the reviews you’ve gotten over the past year. This average (along with your number of reviews, sales, and active listings) helps buyers decide whether they want to buy from you.
It also plays into how your listings appear in the marketplace: sellers with strong, consistent feedback are more likely to show up in searches and recommendations.
