What is Dead Format Pro?
Dead Format Pro is our paid membership that offers a range of exclusive features. It includes ad-free browsing, increased photo limits for your collection, bulk editing, dark mode, and much more. Pro members also get early access to new features and special perks like discounts on Dead Format merch. Pro membership isn't required to use any basic features on the site, but your support helps keep our community thriving and is much appreciated!
What plans do you offer?
We offer two plans:
Free: Basic access to Dead Format
Pro: $30/year or $3 per month, offering advanced features and ad-free browsing

Billing and Payments
When will I be billed?
For annual subscriptions, you'll be billed on the day you subscribe and then every year after that. Payments are charged in advance and cover your use of the Pro features for one year.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure payment processor, Stripe.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes, all payment information is securely processed and stored by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. We never have direct access to your full payment details.
Subscription Management
How do I upgrade to a Pro subscription?
You can upgrade to Pro by visiting your account settings and selecting the Pro plan option.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
What happens when I cancel my subscription?
When you cancel, your Pro access will continue until the end of your current billing cycle. After that, your account will revert to the free plan.
Will my subscription automatically renew?
Yes, unless you cancel before the end of your current subscription period, your subscription will automatically renew.
Refunds and Changes
Can I get a refund if I cancel my subscription?
For monthly plans you are eligible for a total refund if you cancel your subscription within one (1) day of creating it. For yearly plans you can request a refund if you cancel within 14 days of its inception. Refunds are granted at the discretion of our support staff.
Will the subscription price change?
We may change the subscription fees from time to time. Any changes will be communicated to you and will only take effect at the end of your current subscription period.
Troubleshooting
What happens if my payment fails?
If a payment fails, we'll attempt to charge your card again. You'll receive an email notification about the failed payment. If we're unable to process the payment after multiple attempts, your subscription may be canceled.
I've been charged but don't have Pro access. What should I do?
